Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) PRIME CONTRACT

The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) portal is an integrated approach to contracting for support services in the areas of Engineering, Financial and Program Management. The Navy Virtual System (VS) Commanders, including NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and SPAWAR, use the SeaPort-e portal as a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large and diverse community of approved contractors, as well as platform for awarding and managing performance-based task orders. 

“This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, and approaches across the Navy’s critical service business sector,” says Captain of the U.S. Navy K.R. Wheelock. “Simply stated, SeaPort-e provides a faster, better and more cost-effective means of contracting for professional services.”

In March 2007, Patrona assembled a diverse team of highly qualified and experienced partners, submitted a responsive proposal and in May 2007 was awarded a prime contract for SeaPort-e. Patrona’s approach centers on a team of established companies with highly trained and experienced professionals that have extensive backgrounds in Navy engineering, acquisition, logistics, program management, financial planning and programmatic support.
