Washington DC – Patrona Corporation is pleased to announce the recent $58M prime small business set-aside award of the five (5) year Seaport-e Task Order providing engineering support services to Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA’s) Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) field activity.
SUBMEPP’s mission is to keep assigned Naval ships (submarines and where applicable, surface craft and other platforms) safe, reliable, and affordable through use of its engineered life cycle maintenance and modernization products and services. SUBMEPP is formally delegated Technical Duties and Responsibilities, to provide and maintain engineered life cycle maintenance products in direct support of the Fleet, shipyards, industrial facilities, and NAVSEA. In addition, SUBMEPP performs specific Life Cycle Engineering Management and technical functions, as formally delegated by NAVSEA.
With this award, Patrona Corporation provides SUBMEPP support services in the areas of Administration, Program Management, Engineering, and Logistics Programs associated with life cycle maintenance, modernization, and modification of Naval ships, unique platforms, new construction units, and support facilities. This support is provided from Patrona Corporation’s field office in Dover, NH and in the SUBMEPP facilities located on Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME and at U.S. Naval Bases in New London, CT, Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA.
