Patrona Corporation – North East Operations recently received it’s recertification for ISO 9001:2015 compliance for our quality management system. ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized quality management standard developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The certification provides a model for companies of all types and sizes to use in building an effective quality management system. The standard is based on several quality management principles, including having a strong customer focus, involvement of high-level company management, an outlined process-based approach, and ongoing continuous improvement of quality system.
Patrona’s Quality certificate was issued by SRI Quality Systems Registrar. The scope of Patrona’s certification includes management consulting, project management and performance measurement. Mr. Timothy Bassett, Patrona’s Vice President of North East Operations, noted that “this significant accomplishment was a team effort led by Sue Lucius and Amy Burrell of the NE Operations Team, our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation is confirmation of our demonstrated and ongoing commitment to continuous improvements, quality assurance, and process discipline.”
